Bolduc changes tune on books but says he won't flip-flop on budget cuts

"On the weekend, I read the articles, I saw that people thought I didn't like books--which is not true," Education Minister Yves Bolduc says about his comments last week that "no child ever died" because they didn't get a new book because of budget cuts.
